your bedtime routine is important part of your life that leads you to a happy and peaceful life plus a good sleep.

A good sleep keeps your mind fresh which leads you to your  and also it reduces the health risk and keeps you energetic throughout  that day . so its important to have good bedtime routine

now a good sleep doesn’t mean sleeping after midnight. there should be a proper timing everyday.

here are the ways to have perfect bedtime routine

  • Stop drinking water : at night we must not drink water before going  going to sleep. if you drink water at night you have to get up for washroom in middle of night which cause a deep interruption to your sleep. then you have to start your cycle again and sometimes in the deep sleep its hard to get back again in the resting mind.

 

  • Switch of from your modern world : in the day  time, you keeps on yourself on mobiles and social media and all the gadgets around you, this can keep your mind disturbed and tired all the day. So its suggested that you must keep yourself away from the gadgets at night. Instead of that read good happy books so that before sleeping you feel happy. a stressful sleep inst a good sleep.

 

  • Clean up: before going to your bed its important to clean up yourself. wash your face, brush your teeth , comb your hair and wear clean clothes at night. If by any chance you feeling more stressed and had a long day, take a warm  bath which will you relax.

 

  • Make a list: before going to sleep , make list to your next day. It will help you to work efficiently.

 

  • Recall : Recall good things of your day before going to sleep this will help you to keep yourself motivated for your work and makes your mind happy. A happy mind is very important for good sleep. So recall every good thing you did or happened with you in your entire day.
  • Create the right environment for sleep : This generally means ensuring your bedroom is sufficiently dark enough, quiet enough and well ventilated to allow for good sleep. Take the time to study what works best for you in terms of temperature, light and noise. Less obviously, you might discover that your stress levels increase according to how much mess is in your personal space.

 

  • Best bedding : If you’re waking up stiff and sore, or feel uncomfortable before you fall asleep, you may need to consider the right mattress, pillows and blankets for you. make sure your surroundings are clean. a dirty room mat not give you a peaceful sleep.

 

  •  Eating Eabits at Night : Its one the most important factor for a good sleep, have a light dinner which can be digested easily by your body. a heavy dinner can cause you an upset stomach. To have restful sleep its suggested that dinner should be light. ” have breakfast like king , lunch like a  normal man and layman dinner “.

Sleep is important because it’s one of our basic needs, as necessary as eating or breathing. Maintaining a regular cycle of sleep is a requirement to your day-to-day well-being as it is to your long-term health.
